It all began with a fence...

We're a couple of goofballs who discovered permaculture quite by accident a couple years ago. My fiance build a fence around our 1/3 acre orchard and I was googling how to persuade our apple trees to produce fruit without using any chemicals or sprays.

I read the term "tree guild" and thought "that sounds like fun club to be in! I want to join a tree guild!" Upon further reading, I discovered, much to my chagrine, that a tree guild wasn't a club of cool kids after all, but rather a permaculture concept of companion planting for fruit trees!

But since I'm not easily dissuaded, I opted to form my own tree guild and this is your invitation to join the cool kids!
